And as much as I LOVE the fiddle I must say the guitar licks in your rendition of Devil went down to Georgia were awesome!!! I love your new "baby" "He left me...for that!?" Got to see you last night at Jumer's just for a very short while. I DO wish there were some better venues here in the QC that could handle your talent (compensation). The Prince tune at the end of the set knocked me down. Dam! Great band, great talent amongst all of you. I wish I could see you in the context of a kickin' PA because I know you blow people away when the sound is right. Hope I get a chance to see you guys when I have more time. I'm a gigging musician myself so conflicts are part of the game. Good luck to all of you. Somebody IS going to discover you!!

Just listening to a couple of the demos on the website. I have to say Slamabama sounds pretty damn good. I'll have to check out a show when you're in the area.

BTW, I think Slamabama would do a great cover of Stumblin' In (duet by Suzy Quatro & Chris Norman). With more guitar, perhaps. Slamabama probably does a pretty good version of "Go Your Own Way", which seems tailor made for the group's talents.

Enough for now. Gotta run now and make arragements to go to Vegas so I can put $$$ on Ohio State to beat Alabama in Glendale later this season. Fortunately, college football is just a few months away.

Hey everyone! Thanks for coming by, as always! The shows have been great this year and we're having a blast. To all of you who have come out to see us, bought the cd, or just emailed from afar, it really means the world to us and keeps us going!

Travis from NC, I wanted to personally address your comments about the song we lovingly nickname "Front Door". I know you heard it on the radio, so I'm assuming you're new to us. We love to tell the story every show of how the song game about. It's a song about family and missing the ones you love (a story Rosanna and I personally experience every day, being from KY and BAMA respectively). For it to reach out to someone on a personal level means that it's out there doing what we wanted it to do. We thank you for telling us! That's why we all do what we do!!
